Event Description:

Friends of Nevada Wilderness will be hosting a Spanish Led Group Hike starting at the Jones-Whites Creek Trailhead near the Galena Visitors Center. We will be talking about Leave No Trace, Wilderness, and Stewardship Opportunities in Nevada throughout the hike! This beautiful area just outside of Reno is lush with blooming wildflowers, has plenty of shade from the pines, and the creek is rushing with crystal clear water.
